How we handle incidents
- We notify affected customers through the monitored support email and WhatsApp business number.
- During the beta we don't promise an uptime SLA — see the Terms.
- For recipients linked once to Telegram, WhatsApp delivery can fall back automatically. For an unlinked recipient, the API returns 409 CHANNEL_NOT_LINKED with a one-tap URL the customer's product must display.
